As a Talent Recruiter, you will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for the daily hiring needs of the organization. You will recruit both young graduates and senior talents.
Your job is fun and diverse:
- You manage the complete selection process: CV screening, interviewing and make recommendations to management concerning our recruitment strategy.
- You are in charge of recruiting reporting and work pro-actively in order to optimize our recruitment process.
- You will give our new hires a warm onboarding with your own personal touch.
- You will take the lead in HR-projects such as employer branding, improving our jobsite, organising events for young graduates, …

Job requirements
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree.
- You have had your first relevant experience within recruitment.
- You are open minded and eager to optimise processes.
- You are hands on and social.
- You adapt easily when working with IT tools.
- You are fluent in Dutch & French
- Healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit.
